Position Overview:

G&L Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of leadership for assigned projects, ensuring successful coordination of field operations, resources, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has strong construction or industrial project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution, including development of scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
• Oversee scheduling and sequencing of field activities, materials, and equipment to maintain project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all company, contractual, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout project life cycles.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and submittals.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among project teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing industrial, construction, or heavy logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
