Mr. Forester acquired G&L Corporation in 2018, and since that time, has worked diligently to grow the company and foster its customer relationships. At G&L, Mr. Forester has focused on expanding to become an all-inclusive industrial services company, and on ensuring that G&L Corporation continues to provide the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction. Mr. Forester has surrounded himself with a team of highly motivated and capable individuals. Together they have instilled a culture centered around quality, success, and satisfaction.
Mr. Forester continues to promote G&L’s growth and emergence as a leader in the industry, striving to provide an extraordinary experience to both customers and employees alike. In addition to his role at G&L, Mr. Forester serves as the President and CEO of a private equity and wealth management firm dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses in their pursuit of financial advancement and rehabilitation.
In 2011, Michael Forester began his career as a financial advisor with WestPoint Financial Group, a national wealth management firm, where he honed his financial management skills and economic acumen. His experience at WestPoint was critical to his individual successes and the continued advancement of G&L. Mr. Forester received his bachelor of arts in Finance and Economics from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
He is an active member of the local business community, and presently serves on the board of Cancer Services Northeast Indiana. As a result of his ancestry, Michael Forester is also a member of the Fort Wayne Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and G&L Corporation has been certified by the Indiana Department of Administration as a Minority Business Enterprise.
Scott Hack

scott@g-lcorp.com 260-243-0307Scott Hack is the Chief Operating Officer at G&L Corporation. Mr. Hack’s role with the company is expansive. In addition to managing the employees and general operations of G&L, he serves the critical function of liaison between the company’s executives and employees. Mr. Hack strives to implement the President/CEO’s vision of quality, success, and satisfaction across all divisions of G&L. His goal is to ensure that G&L Corporation’s customer and employee experiences are second to none.
Mr. Hack joined the G&L team in 2021, and he has been an essential part of the company’s continued growth and success. Prior to joining G&L, Scott Hack received his bachelor of arts from Medaille College (Buffalo, NY) in business management. He went on to work in the banking and finance industry for more than ten years. This included many years of service as a vice president and manager of multiple New York branches of J.P. Morgan Chase, a global Fortune 25 financial institution and leader in the banking industry. As a result of his experience at J.P Morgan Chase, Mr. Hack was well-suited for a transition into an executive leadership role.
As he considered his advancement options, Scott Hack was urged by his childhood friend, Michael Forester (G&L’s President and CEO), to leave New York to assist with the management and growth of G&L’s operations as the company’s COO. Mr. Hack now works closely with Mr. Forester on a daily basis to develop and implement the company’s plan for solidifying its place as leader in world of industrial services.
Ed Souers
Chief Financial Officer
ed@g-lcorp.comEd Souers came to G&L Corporation as CFO after retiring from a regional CPA firm which he was instrumental in founding. In addition to being managing partner he consulted with numerous clients in the areas of strategy, finance, and tax. Ed Souers holds degrees from Huntington University where he also served on the board of trustees for several years.
He has served on many community organizations and is currently on the Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana board. In his off time, Ed enjoys the lake with his wife, three children, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is an avid classic car collector with a focus on Hudsons and AMCs. He also manages the National Hudson Motor Car Company Museum in Ypsilanti, MI.
Gabe Buchman

gabe@g-lcorp.com 260-466-3204Gabe Buchman, Vice President of G&L Corporation’s Automotive and Steel Division, has a robust 23-year background as an ironworker in the automotive and steel manufacturing sectors, specializing in plant maintenance and fabrication. His expertise extends to rigging, equipment installation, scaffolding, and sitework, reflecting his comprehensive industry knowledge. Mr. Buchman’s career has advanced from a first-year apprenticeship to his current executive role at G&L, demonstrating his exceptional technical skill and leadership.
Prior to his civilian career, Gabe Buchman served four years in the Marine Corps, where he developed key disciplines and leadership qualities that have significantly influenced his professional trajectory. As Vice President, he integrates his diverse field experience and military discipline, ensuring excellence in his division. His rise from apprentice to a top executive encapsulates his commitment and proficiency in his field.
Matt Reichhart

matt@g-lcorp.com 260-760-0753Matt Reichhart is focused on customer satisfaction with every task G&L Corporation gets awarded. From conceptual design to years after on preventative maintenance of facilities. Customers satisfaction and belief in G&L’s services is the most upmost importance. Matt has been in the mechanical trade since 2005. He started as a pre-apprentice sweeping the floors, not knowing what all the mechanical trade encompassed.
Mr. Reichhart joined the Plumbing and Steamfitters Local 166 Union and quickly progressed through apprenticeship, journeyman, and foreman. Performing installations, service calls, and startups of brand-new facilities and renovations alike. Matt Reichhart has held positions of Assistant Service Manager, Sales Manager, and currently Vice President of Mechanical & Refrigeration Division. Mr. Reichhart earned an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science from IVY tech along with multiple licenses and certifications through ICC, Pearson VUE, Garden City Ammonia Program, Untied Association.
In Mr. Reichhart’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
